Protein-rich pinto beans are an excellent source of potassium, magnesium, & folate. Named for their distinctive speckled skin, they take on a rosy-pink color & creamy texture when cooked.

Organic pinto beans.

This product was packaged on equipment that also handles wheat, soy, sesame & tree nuts.

Suggested Use

Sort & rinse. Cover with water & soak overnight. Drain. Bring 3 cups water & 1 cup beans to boil. Reduce & simmer 1-1 1/2 hours, or until tender. Drain & serve. 

  • Sub for kidney or black beans in soups & salads.
  • Traditional in refried beans & chili con carne.
  • Pair with whole grains for complete plant-protein.

Warnings

May contain agricultural debris. Sort before cooking. Cooking is required before consuming. 

For optimal shelf life, store in a cool, dry place.
