Return Process

  Log into your iHerb+ account, navigate to your order history, and select the 'Return Items' button next to the specific order to begin the request.

  Print Shipping Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided in your email and securely attach it to your return package.

  Pack and Ship

  Place the items in their original packaging and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location listed on your return instructions.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
