We love the taste of maple and bacon. It's a wonderful complement to the rich, tart taste of the aged balsamic vinegar we use. Together, these flavors are a delicious combination of sweet and savory that go great with roasted vegetables, chicken or pork and, of course, salads.

Ingredients

Maple syrup, canola oil, balsamic vinegar (wine vinegar, grape must, colorant caramel) [naturally occurring sulfites], water, brown sugar, bacon bits (bacon[cured with water, salt, sodium erythorbate, sodium nitrite. may also contain smoke flavoring, sugar, dextrose, brown sugar, sodium phosphate, potassium chloride, flavoring]), natural flavor (natural flavor [canola oil, sunflower oil, smoke], rendered bacon fat), natural flavor (maltodextrin, yeast extract, salt, natural flavor [canola oil, sunflower oil, smoke]), salt, freeze dried shallots, black pepper, citric acid, xanthan gum, dried onion.

Suggested Use

Maple Bacon Balsamic Roasted Vegetable Salad 

Peel and seed 1/2 lb. butternut squash. Cut into 1/2-inch cubes. Trim 1/2 lb. of Brussels sprouts and cut in half. Toss vegetables with 3 Tbsp. olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Transfer to a rimmed baking sheet and bake at 400ºF for 25-30 minutes or until vegetables are tender and golden brown. Toss 6 cups salad greens with cooled vegetables and Maple Bacon Balsamic Dressing to lightly coat. Top with 1/4 cup shaved Parmesan cheese and 1/4 cup toasted pine nuts. Serves 4-6.

Shake well before using. 

Refrigerate after opening.
