Ingredients

Almond flour, chocolate chips (cane sugar, cocoa liquor, cocoa butter), organic coconut sugar, tapioca starch, organic coconut flour, baking soda, sea salt.

Contains: Almonds, coconut.

Suggested Use

What You'll Need:

  • 3 Tbsp Milk (Dairy or Non-Dairy) or 1 Egg
  • 2 tsp Vanilla
  • 3 Tbsp Oil or Butter

Makes 12 Cookies

Heat oven to 350°F.

Whisk milk or egg, vanilla, and oil or butter together in a large bowl.

Add baking mix and stir until dough comes together.

Drop 1 rounded Tbsp. of cookie mix onto a parchment lined or ungreased cookie sheet.

Press down rounded dough to flatten.

Bake for 9-12 minutes or until the cookies are slightly browned. Let cool before removing from cookie sheet to prevent cookies form sticking.

Save for Another Day

Our mixes don't contain any preservatives, so once made, store your treats in the fridge or freezer.

Mix it up!

Fold a half cup of one of these delicious extras right in the batter!

Dried cranberries, chopped walnuts, a scoop of flax or chia seeds.
