Suggested Use
Add 1 cup couscous to 1 1/2 cups boiling water. Cover, remove from heat, & let sit 5 minutes, or liquid is absorbed. Fluff with a fork.
- For added flavor, cook in stock or broth.
- Cook in fruit juice, then top with toasted nuts & dried fruit for a filling breakfast.
