Suggested Use
Sort & rinse. Bring 3 cups water & 1 cup millet to boil. Reduce & simmer 30 minutes, or until liquid is absorbed. Remove from heat & let stand, covered, 10 minutes. Fluff with fork & serve.
- Toast grains over medium heat before cooking.
- Sub for rice or quinoa in pilafs, salads, & stuffings.
- Cook in milk or fruit juice for a tasty hot cereal.
