This is just our starting point. We test to avoid mycotoxins and apply the latest scientific research continually to improve how we formulate and roast our coffees. 

The Science Behind Purity Ease

Purity EASE is formulated with your digestive health in mind. While acidity is reduced, the levels of chlorogenic acid lactones, which are antioxidant phenolic compounds, are increased. Scientific literature strongly indicates that bioactive compounds such as polyphenols protect against free radical damage. The slightly darker roast increases melanoidins, which are shown to have health benefits. 

Our Freshness Strategy 

All Purity Coffees are packaged in strong barrier valve bags that are nitrogen-flushed before sealing to prevent oxidation and ensure the coffee tastes as fresh and nutritious as the day it was roasted.
