The Science Behind Purity Calm 

Purity CALM is a naturally- decaffeinated coffee formulated for consumers who drink decaf for both health and pleasure. The coffee's original characteristics are preserved using only water, temperature and time to remove the caffeine. This decaf contains polyphenols (chlorogenic acids), which have antioxidant properties. 

Our Freshness Strategy 

All Purity Coffees are packaged in strong barrier valve bags that are nitrogen-flushed before sealing to prevent oxidation and ensure the coffee tastes as fresh and nutritious as the day it was roasted.

Decaffeinated organic arabica coffee.

Suggested Use

Use clean, fresh, chemical-free water with some mineral content. Grind coffee fresh to match brewing method. Use water around 200°F (93℃). Keep brewing equipment clean.
