The Science Behind Purity Calm 

Purity CALM is a naturally- decaffeinated coffee formulated for consumers who drink decaf for both health and pleasure. The coffee's original characteristics are preserved using only water, temperature and time to remove the caffeine. This decaf contains polyphenols (chlorogenic acids), which have antioxidant properties.

All Purity Coffees are packaged in strong barrier valve bags that are nitrogen-flushed before sealing to prevent oxidation and ensure the coffee tastes as fresh and nutritious as the day it was roasted.

Decaffeinated organic arabica coffee.

Suggested Use

Use filtered water and clean brewing equipment. Try 4 Tbsp (20g) per 12-oz mug to start, and adjust to taste. Check your water temperature is between 195ºF and 205ºF. Once this bag is opened, try to keep air out and consume within 10 days for optimum aromatics.
