Suggested Use

Birth & Baby Oil:

• Use on lower back & vaginal area during labor.
• Use during baby massage.

Pregnant Belly Salve:

• Rub onto growing belly and breasts to help moisturize and ease itching. Easily absorbed, with light chamomile and lavender scent.
• Use on breasts & hips too.

Nipple Cream:

• Use on nursing nipples. Does not need to be removed prior to breastfeeding.
• Use as a pump lubricant

Diaper Balm: Use on baby's bottom between diaper changes.

Everyday Baby Balm: Use a small amount to gently moisturize your baby's skin in the morning, after bath time, or anytime.

Sitz Bath Spray:

• Spray onto sore perineal muscles to ease discomfort after childbirth.
• To make padsicles, spray or pour onto a menstrual pad. Store pads in the freezer or fridge. After childbirth, place the pad in your underwear for a cooling and soothing effect.
• Shake before using.
