Today, a cooperative of family farms continues the tradition, employing sustainable practices to maintain the integrity of both land and crops. In tandem with an on-site mill and artisanal factory, they take organic durum wheat from seed to semolina flour to finished pasta in a meticulous process that delivers Italian excellence in every bite.

Organic durum wheat semolina. 

Contains: Wheat (contains gluten). 

May contain traces of soy.

Suggested Use

Cook for 8-10 minutes.

  1. Add 4 quarts water and 1 1/2 Tbsp. salt per pound of pasta to a large pot. 
  2. Bring to a boil and add pasta, stirring immediately to prevent clumping. 
  3. Drain, sauce, and serve.
