No boiling required.
Boiling the noodles is not required, but add 1 cup of extra sauce because more liquid will be absorbed while baking. If you prefer traditional lasagna, boil the noodles in salted water for 4 minutes, drain, and place them on a clean kitchen towel while assembling the lasagna.

Ingredients
- 5 cups of jovial Crushed Tomatoes
- 4 tbsp. jovial Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. dry basil
- 1 tsp. dry oregano
- 15 oz. ricotta cheese
- 2 eggs
- 12 oz. shredded mozzarella cheese
- 4 oz. grated Parmesan cheese
- 9 oz. jovial Lasagna
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375ºF.
- In a medium bowl, mix tomatoes, oil, garlic powder, spices, and salt to taste.
- In another bowl, combine eggs and ricotta cheese.
- Cover the bottom of a 9"x13" lasagna pan with 1 cup of the tomato mixture.
- Arrange 4 lasagna noodles in a single layer on top of the tomato mixture and top with 1/3 of the ricotta mixture.
- Cover with 1 cup of the tomato mixture, 3/4 cup of mozzarella and 1/4 cup of Parmesan cheese.
- Repeat steps 5 and 6 two times.
- Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 50 minutes.
- Uncover and pat down the noodles gently to flatten the top. Bake uncovered for 10 minutes until brown.
- Let stand for 10 minutes.
Cooking Time
No-Boil Method: Bake for 55-60 minutes.
Boil Method: Boil 3 -4 noodles at a time for 4 minutes, set aside. Repeat until all noodles are cooked. Bake for 50-55 minutes.
