Suggested Use
Shake well. Remove the cap and pour 10-15 mL of GuruNanda Oil Pulling Oral Rinse (The cap has a 15 mL mark inside). Gently swish between teeth for at least 2 minutes. Try to work up to 10 minutes per use. Spit out in a trash can and rinse mouth thoroughly with water. Do not swallow. Always brush your teeth after using Oil Pulling. If spilled on fabrics, clean immediately to avoid staining. Ayurveda recommends tongue scraping as an additional wellness practice.
Warnings
Packaged in a facility that processes peanuts, tree nuts, soy, milk and/or wheat. Keep out of reach of children. If more than one tablespoon is swallowed, consult a physician. Use only as directed.
