Produced in a facility free from gluten, peanuts, tree nuts, sesame, and soy.
Suggested Use
Yield: Two 9" Cakes, One 9" x 13" Cake or 24 Cupcakes
Ingredients:
- 1 pouch Cup4Cup Yellow Cake Mix
- 3/4 cup (160g) vegetable oil
- 1 4/4 cup (290g) milk, room temperature
- 4 large eggs, room temperature
Instructions:
Prep - Preheat oven to 325ºF. Prepare cake pans with butter or oil and parchment paper, or baking cups if making cupcakes.
Mix - In a large mixing bowl whisk egg, milk and oil together until combined. Add Cup4Cup Yellow Cake Mix and whisk until smooth.
Bake - Pour batter into cake pans and tap on counter to distribute evenly. Place pan on middle rack and bake for 30 to 40 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean. For cupcakes, bake 25 to 30 minutes. Cool for 5 minutes before transferring to cooling rack. Cool completely before decorating.
