Cornstarch, white rice flour, sugar, brown rice flour, tapioca flour, potato starch, baking powder (sodium acid pyrophosphate, sodium bicarbonate, cornstarch, monocalcium phosphate), salt, xanthan gum.
Produced in a facility free from gluten, peanuts, tree nuts, sesame and soy.
Suggested Use
Yield: Twelve 5" Pancakes or Six 4" Waffles
Ingredients:
- 1 3/4 cups (246 g) Cup4Cup Pancake & Waffle Mix
- 3/4 cup (170g) milk or buttermilk
- 3 large eggs
- 6 tbsp (84g) butter, melted
Instructions:
Prep - Preheat and lightly oil griddle or waffle maker on medium heat.
Mix - Place Cup4Cup Pancake & Waffle Mix into a large mixing bowl. Whisk in milk and eggs to combine. Slowly add the melted butter and whisk until batter is smooth and silky.
Cook
For Pancakes: Ladle 1/4 cup of batter onto griddle. Cook until bubbles appear over the top of the pancake and the bottom is golden brown. Flip and cook for about 1 to 11/2 minutes.
For Waffles: Ladle 1/3 to 1/4 cup of batter into waffle iron. Close the lid and cook until golden brown and crisp, about 5 minutes.
Inclusions:
Apple Cinnamon: Substitute milk with 11/4 cups (325g) applesauce and 2 tsp (8g) cinnamon.
Banana Walnut: Mix in 2 ripe, smashed bananas and 1/2 cup (64g) raw chopped walnuts.
Pumpkin Spice: Substitute milk with 1 cup (240g) pumpkin purée and 1/4 cup (60g) milk. Add 2 tsp (8g) pumpkin pie spice.
