Produced in a facility free from gluten, peanuts, tree nuts, sesame and soy.
Suggested Use
Cup4Cup Chocolate Brownies
Yield: One 8" x 8" Pan
Ingredients:
- 1 pouch (404g) Cup4Cup Chocolate Brownie Mix
- 1/2 cup (112g) unsalted butter or coconut oil, melted
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tbsp (28g) warm water
Prep - Preheat oven to 350º F. Lightly butter or oil an 8" x 8" square pan. Melt butter or coconut oil and set aside to cool.
Mix - Whisk together eggs, water, and melted butter or coconut oil in a mixing bowl. Add the entire pouch of Cup4Cup Chocolate Brownie Mix and stir until smooth.
Bake - Spread batter evenly into the prepared pan. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Let cool before cutting.
Inclusions:
Chocolate Chips: Mix in 1/2 cup (86g) chocolate chips.
Nut or Seed Butter: swirl in 1/2 cup (125g) softened nut or seed butter.
Peppermint: Mix in 1/4 cup (32g) crushed peppermint candies.
Warnings
Store in a cool, dry place.
