Suggested Use

As dietary supplement, for daily healthy maintenance take 1 capsule daily. To alleviate discomfort and recurrence, take 2 capsules daily. Take 3 months or more continuously for the best effect. Take after meal. 

Warnings

Consult your healthcare practitioner if you are pregnant, lactating, taking medicine or have a medical condition. If taking in conjunction with antibiotics and/or antifungal medication, take at least two hours after medication.
