Suggested Use
Basic potato soup
- 1 Tbsp Butter or Oil
- 1 cup chopped Onion
- 1/2 cup chopped Carrot
- 1/2 cup chopped Celery
- 1 tsp minced Garlic
- 1 1/2 tsp Salt
- Pepper, to taste
- 2 cups Milk
- 2 cups Water
- 6 Tbsp Bob's Red Mill® Potato Flour
Heat butter or oil in a medium soup pot over medium heat. Add chopped onions, carrot and celery and sauté until tender, about 5 minutes. Add garlic, salt and pepper and cook until fragrant, 1-2 minutes. Add milk and water and stir to combine. Whisking continuously, sprinkle in potato flour and stir until smooth and the desired thickness. Add your favorite seasonings, if desired.
Makes 4 servings.
