Our Ube Mochi pancakes are a new way to enjoy gluten free mornings! Purple Yams, or Ube as they are known in the Philippines, give these pancakes a purple color and delicious flavor. Add some fun to your day and top with whipped cream and berries for a delicious colorful plate!

Rice flour, sweet rice flour, potato starch, cane sugar, oat flour, tapioca starch, leavening (monocalcium phosphate, baking soda), ube powder, contains 2% or less of: salt, vegetable juice color (including butterfly pea flower extract), guar gum, natural flavor.
Suggested Use
Ingredients
5-6 Pancakes
- 3/4 cup mix
- 1/2 cup water
15-16 Pancakes
- Whole bag
- 1 1/2 cups water
Tip: For thicker pancakes, use slightly less water; for thinner pancakes use slightly more water.
- Mix your ingredients until combined. Let prepared batter sit for 2 minutes.
- Heat your pan over medium-high heat or turn your electric griddle to 375ºF.
- Lightly Oil the pan or griddle.
- Pour or scoop 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake onto your hot pan or griddle.
- Cook for 2 minutes on each side or until pancakes are lightly browned.
Want Waffles?
- Mix 3/4 cup of mix, 2/3 cup of water, and I tbsp of oil.
- Mix until combined and let batter rest for 2 minutes.
- Heat up waffle iron, coat with non-stick cooking spray.
- Cook according to the waffle iron instructions or until waffles are lightly browned.

Do not eat raw batter. Please cook fully before enjoying.
