As an award-winning cheesemaker and baker with a gluten intolerance, I created Maine Crisps because I couldn't find a gluten-free crisp that was as delicious as my cheese. Inspired by the sweeping buckwheat fields of Northern Maine, near my farm, our irresistible crisps reflect a way of life that's delightful and pure, focused on savoring the moment.
