This delicious soup is full of vegetables, including organic green beans, tomatoes and spinach in a hearty, flavorful lentil base. This Light in Sodium soup has all the flavor but contains at least 50% less sodium than our regular soup.

Amy's Kitchen was started when our daughter Amy was born in 1987. We are a family business deeply committed to producing convenient organic foods made with the highest quality ingredients. 

Contains 540 mg of sodium compared to 1,200 mg per can in Amy's regular lentil vegetable soup.

Ingredients

Filtered water, organic onions, organic green lentils, organic carrots, organic celery, organic potatoes, organic diced tomatoes, organic spinach, organic green beans, organic extra virgin olive oil, organic garlic, sea salt, organic balsamic vinegar (organic wine vinegar, organic grape must), organic spices, organic black pepper. 

Individuals with Food Allergies: This product is made in a facility that also processes foods containing wheat, milk, soy, tree nuts and seeds (including sunflower seeds). In addition to gluten testing, strict allergen control measures are implemented at all levels of production. Amy's Kitchen does not use any peanuts, fish, shellfish or eggs.

Suggested Use

Shake before opening. Ovens may vary. 

Microwave: Place soup in a microwave-safe bowl. Cover. Cook for 1 1/2-2 minutes. Let sit 1 minute. Stir. Serve. 

Stovetop: Heat soup in a saucepan, stirring occasionally.
